We've all heard how our genes are 98% identical to our closest relative, the chimpanzee.   

Here are a few other surprising connections: 

🌳 50% of our DNA is shared with trees 

🐟 60% of our genes are the same as fish 

 🐌 70% of our DNA is shared with slugs 😱 

🐻 80% of our genes are identical to grizzly bears 

This means humans are undeniably connected to nature in our DNA.
