Donald Trump just threatened President Joe Biden's life on Friday, and threatening the president of the United States is a crime.¹

"He's threatening the president's life. That's a felony. If anyone else did it, the feds would arrest him," said Harvard legal scholar Laurence Tribe.²

Trump posted a video on Truth Social last week of President Biden bound and gagged with what appears to be a bullet hole in his head.³

Former federal prosecutor and New York University law professor Andrew Weissmann explained on MSNBC on Sunday that Trump may have violated his bail terms: "A standard condition of being out on bail applies in New York and in the D.C. federal case and in the Georgia state case: that you not commit a crime while you are out on bail."⁴

Mark M, Trump is a dangerous man and must never step foot in the White House. But we cannot hold our breath and assume the legal system will hold him accountable. Instead, we need to go all-in to engage, motivate, and turn out voters to defeat Trump in November.
