A recent statement from Dr. Eric Davis, a physicist known for his work in advanced propulsion and his connections to the Pentagon’s UAP programs,  highlights controversial theories about Non-Human Intelligence (NHI). In the past, Davis has publicly asserted that the U.S. government possesses off-world craft, and he’s well known for being tied to the Wilson-Davis memo. Dr. Eric Davis’s latest comment? “The NHI are non-human and definitely off-world (ET), IMHO…based on what I’ve been exposed to. My former boss (Hal Puthoff) hypothesized that NHI are super advanced ultraterrestrials of Earthly origin who colonized an exoplanet in our remote past only to return to Earth every so often to monitor humanity and other life on Earth.” This concept of ultraterrestrials—advanced beings originating from Earth who have left sometime in the distant past and later returned—offers a fascinating alternative to the standard extraterrestrial hypothesis. How does Davis’s latest statement align with other researchers' perspectives on this topic? Jacques Vallée suggests that UAPs may represent an intelligence that has coexisted with humanity for millennia, potentially linked to parallel dimensions or time distortions. Dr. Michael Masters has proposed the Extratempestrial Model, hypothesizing the phenomena may include future humans traveling back through time. John Keel coined the term "ultraterrestrials" to describe beings that have always been present but operate beyond human perception. David Grusch has hinted that the intelligence behind UAPs may challenge our conventional definitions of life. Diana Walsh Pasulka explores the idea that NHIs have played a role in shaping human culture and religious experiences for centuries. Tom DeLonge claims insider sources have told him that NHIs are not simply “aliens” but part of an ancient and complex presence on Earth. While concrete scientific proof remains elusive, these perspectives highlight a broader shift in how we frame the UAP mystery. When a scientist of Dr. Eric Davis’s caliber shares anecdotes from Hal Puthoff about ultraterrestrials, it raises compelling questions about our understanding of who—or what—is interacting with us.  Reality Check with Ross Coulthart: Who Holds the Key to UFO Disclosure? In a recent episode of Reality Check, Ross Coulthart made a compelling statement about the role of presidential leadership in UFO/UAP disclosure. Responding to a viewer question about David Grusch, Coulthart emphasized: “I take the view that this [UFO disclosure] needs to be coming from the White House. This needs to be leadership from the White House.” Coulthart pointed out that while President Trump has signed Executive Orders declassifying documents on JFK, RFK, MLK, and Jeffrey Epstein, we are still waiting for any executive action on UAPs. His conclusion? “The ball is in the President’s court. I suspect a lot of the Congress people who are interested in chasing this issue are waiting to see what leadership comes from the White House.” This is a critical point which bears repeating. UFO secrets are presently are presently controlled by intelligence agencies reporting to the executive branch. This needs to be changed. Ensuring that President Trump remains engaged in the UAP issue is, however, essential for meaningful progress. We urge you to take bold action.
