    Welcome to this week’s Seth Weekly Wisdom. As you read through the Seth Material, some ideas take entire sessions, or even multiple sessions, to unpack. They weave together slowly, revealing themselves layer by layer. And then, every so often, you encounter a single, deceptively simple sentence with the power to change your entire worldview. The quote this week is one of those. Short and yet brimming with enough depth to turn your life inside out.

    💬  Quote of the Week

    “I ask you to be adventurous, to be spontaneous, to follow the ways of your own consciousness. I cannot follow the ways of your own consciousness. Only you can travel that route, for there is no other consciousness like your own, and no one can understand the truths as you can understand them, and in understanding them you create new truths. Truths are not done and finished. They are new like the flowers that eternally grow.”

    Commentary:



    Building on last week’s Weekly Wisdom, which was also drawn from an early class session, Seth invited students to “open up within you those gateways of knowledge, those pathways of existence… Realize that there is a vitality and a reality behind my words and my voice that exist also in your own experience. And be brave enough to grab hold of this energy and this knowledge as your own.” His message was simple but radical: live the material. Engage with it directly. Be brave enough to have your own experience and to take ownership of the energy and insights that arise within you.

    In this week’s quote, he tells the students, and through them, tells us: “Only you can travel that route, for there is no other consciousness like your own, and no one can understand the truths as you can understand them, and in understanding them you create new truths.” The impact of this is extraordinary. Truth is not a finished product handed down from above. It grows as we grow. We create our own truths through our living, our growing awareness, and adventurous expansion.

    Most of us find solace, protection, inspiration, belonging, or safety in the truths of others—even Seth’s. And those are all valid choices. The truths already grown in this wide universe can take root in us, spark new journeys, and light new paths. But Seth reminds us: ultimately, only you can follow the ways of your own consciousness. Beyond the truths of others, there is a journey that takes immense bravery.

    To follow the ways of your own consciousness means stepping away from the safety of the known, the already validated, the comfort of the group. It means being brave enough to discover what only you can discover, and to learn how to know it as a truth equal and valid to any that came before.

    This is not for the faint of heart. But it is the journey of the curious explorer, the brave adventurer, the creative spirit willing to follow the spontaneous, mysterious impulses from within. Be brave fellow travellers. You have truths to offer the world that even Seth could not know.

    🔬  Experiment: Return to the Place That Knows

    This week, try a short psy-time practice to reconnect with the part of you that knows.


    Step 1: Prepare for a psy-time practice.

    Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed, close your eyes, and let your breath slow. Turn your awareness inward, shifting your focus from your outer senses toward your inner senses.


    Step 2: Look for the place inside you that knows.

    There is a place inside you that knows who you are.

    That knows you are part of All That Is.

    That knows you are safe.

    That knows you are inherently good.

    That knows what it is that makes you come alive.

    That knows what makes you feel free, joyful, and excited.

    This is the part of you that knows.


    Step 3: Feel the truths that grow here.

    This is the fertile soil of your beingness, where your truths grow like flowers—alive, dynamic, and uniquely your own.


    Step 4: Return when you need it.

    Come back to this place whenever you feel lost, confused, or unsure what to do. Let yourself rest in the knowing that is always present within you.


    You can trust the truths that grow within you. They are the flowers of your own being, and only you can bring them into the world.
