Fresh Air concerning the blowing up of Venezuelan boats

Neither Terry Gross nor the guest entertained the idea that the boats being blown up by the US may have nothing to do with drugs but may well be simply fishing boats.

HORTON: You know, it's cocaine.

Also, my understanding is that these mere boats could never traverse the distance between Venezuela and the US.
