    We are UltraViolet

    Dear Mark,

We are outraged and also not surprised that Donald Trump failed to recognize the Epstein survivors at the State of the Union last night. Trump is all over the Epstein files, and that's with large swaths of the files illegally held back to protect him.1

It's time for our country's laws to apply to the Epstein class, too.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is clear: The administration had until December 19, 2025, to release ALL of the files.2 Now--68 days past the deadline--the Department of Justice has released only 50% of the files, which is a flagrant violation of the law.3 Why would the DOJ risk so much to keep these files hidden? We've got one theory.

NPR recently reported that the Justice Department catalogued, but has not released at least 53 pages of FBI interview records tied to sexual abuse allegations involving President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, including records related to a woman who accused Trump of sexually abusing her at age 13. She was interviewed by the FBI four times.4

Our elected leaders refusing to release the files and give cover to child abusers and enablers is not only illegal, but a moral stain on our country. The House Oversight Committee has the power to hold Pam Bondi in contempt for violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which would force her to release the rest of the files. If she fails or refuses to do so, Congress could start fining her daily.5 We need House leaders to take action now.

We've said it before, and we will say it again. We've gained ground in our fight for transparency and justice thanks to the bravery of hundreds of Epstein survivors--many of whom we will never know by name. But their courage has made one thing undeniable: Epstein did not operate alone. His abuse was sustained by status, silence, and institutional protection. It's time for full accountability.

We will not stop agitating until survivors and the public receive the transparency we are entitled to and the justice that we deserve. We are grateful you are in this fight with us,
