Missing Scientists, Military Personnel: Was Non-Human Intelligence Involved?
I have been digging more deeply in to the McCasland and Reza cases, attempting to find some new ways to approach them, and I think that there can be some useful informed speculation. When you read about these cases, most researchers approach them with the assumption that non-human intelligence is the least likely cause of the disappearances. They do this because they’re so unsure about whether or not this is even a possibility. But my perspective is different, of course, so I will be exploring them from the viewpoint of somebody who has experienced an abduction, bears an implant with provably unknown functionality (as shown when it avoided the surgeon’s scalpel during a videotaped removal attempt) and has had now over forty years of contact.
Someone with another kind of authority is Rep. Tim Burchett, who has starting voicing concern that McCasland, Reza and others may have been either taken or murdered. He reports that he has himself been warned that there are people out there who are perfectly capable of killing to protect their secrets, and told that he could be, himself, a possible target.
If you look back over the past few years, there are a number of scientists who have died violently or disappeared, and most of them appear to be involved in one way or another with research into plasmas, or, as in the case of Jacinto Reza, into heat-resistant materials, which are directly relevant to containing and managing plasmas.
On the surface, all but one of the deaths appear to be ordinary crimes. A deeper look, though, suggests more possibilities. One such death, that of Dr. Nuno Loureiro, appears to be the work of someone who attended school with him and was consumed with jealousy.
Dr. Loureiro was a professor of nuclear science at MIT who specialized in plasma physics. Such work could be related to cracking the code of UAP propulsion. His murderer was identified but committed suicide before he could be apprehended. On the surface, Dr. Loureiro’s death seems to be an all too common sort of tragedy these days— an attack by a deranged individual. I say “on the surface” because there are curious parallels to another case that might be related.
Dr. Loureiro was murdered by by a former classmate of his, Claudio Manuel Neves Valente, who had been involved in a mass shooting at Brown University a few days before he killed Louriero. He committed suicide shortly before being arrested.
In another case, Lt. Jaime S. Gustitus whose duties focused on human performance research and who worked at the Air Force Research Lab that had been headed by General McCasalan, was murdered by Jacob Prichard, the husband of Jaymee Prichard, who he also murdered. He then also committed suicide. This would appear to be a crime of passion, but no information about motive was ever released by authorities. Both Jaime and Jaymee were women. Jaymee worked in the area of equipment life cycle research. The assignments of both murdered women were conceivably relevant to questions about long term survival in space, Gustius on human performance during extended missions and Prichard on equipment durability.
So that’s three murders, all of people who were involved in work that was related to the development of a human ability to project our presence into deep space. Both killers committed suicide, so there is no way to really determine their motives, assuming they could even explain them.
But could they have been “activated” in some way? In her book Taken Corina Saebels reports that on July 27 2003, she was driving home with a friend at midnight when they suddenly found themselves wanting to detour down a lonely road to go stargazing. When they parked their car, small beings with glowing green eyes came out of the woods beside the road and they experienced missing time. The ended up under medical care due to bizarre injuries. (Saebels was interviewed on my podcast Dreamland on February 23, 2008.)
This is not the only case of people being called to a certain location at which they find themselves meeting non-human beings. Not only that, “missing time” is involved, that is to say, a period of interrupted perception that leaves the individual with no awareness that the time has passed.
But could NHI mind control go deeper? Is it possible to induce some sort of schizophrenia that might cause otherwise normal people to commit terrible acts while in a state of amnesia, then, upon discovering what they have done, to kill themselves, or even to kill themselves on command?
So far, there is no way to determine this, except to say that stress combined with a perception that the stressor is inescapable can induce dissociation. This occurs when the amygdala is overwhelmed by a flood of stress hormones. This is a well-known response to extraordinary stress. While it is more easily induced in children, it is certainly possible for an adult to experience it, and not only that, if it occurs during a state of missing time, to have no memory of the stress event and no awareness that a second personality now exists. This results in compartmentalization, causing one personality to have no idea of the existence of the other.
Is this, then, the explanation for these two murders, and the reason that motive could not be identified, or, in the Wright-Patterson case, was not made public, and also why both murderers, upon realizing that they were the culprits but had no memory of their actions, committed suicide?
This is all quite speculative, of course, but, given that the murders all affected different aspects of the same program, and the fact that NHI is proficient at controlling the mind, I think it would be a mistake to discount the possibility that this is what happened. In any case, the deaths are there, and the loss to whatever these people were working on is real.
On February 16, 2026, Dr. Carl Grillmar was murdered by a 29 year old outlaw called Freddy Snyder. There is no evidence that this was anything more than an ordinary murder case, and yet Grillmair was doing vital work in the study of exoplanets and galactic structures. He had learned how to identify water vapor in the atmosphere of exoplanets, publishing in 2007. This significantly increased our ability to find habitable exoplanets, and led to his being given the NASA Exceptional Scientific Achievement Medal in 2011. He has been described as an “irreplacable figure” in the galactic astronomy community.
Without careful study of Freddy Snyder’s neurological state, we cannot know if he is nothing more than a common criminal or if something like induced dissociation was involved. While he is presently incarcerated, I would assume that there is zero chance that testing that would determine this will be carried out. Even if it is, I think that the results will, unfortunately, be classified.
On December 20, 2025, Snyder was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm in a personal vehicle, possession of a firearm. He was released on his own recognizance, without explanation.
The Central Intelligence Agency has long had an interest in mind control, so, while there would be no obvious reason for it to be involved in the killing and disappearing of scientists vital to a critical national security effort, such as enabling us to efficiently traverse deep space or even transition into parallel universes, Subproject 68 of the MK-Ultra program Subproject 68, conducted at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, aimed to manipulate and control human behavior through “psychic driving” and “depatterning” — subjecting patients to continuous playback of recorded messages while under the influence of LSD or barbiturates.
I won’t go further down this path at this time, but I think it is safe to assume that work in this area has continued, especially because CIA is going to be well aware of NHI’s proficiency in this area. I also won’t explore further the degree to which NHI, not to mention conventional foreign powers, may have penetrated our own intelligence apparatus, beyond saying that, if these crimes are ever correctly investigated and the use of some sort of mind control is discovered, it may be that, even if the responsible parties are traced back to our own intelligence community, foreign players, NHI, or both may still be involved. It should not be assumed that, because the United States is in an adversarial posture when it comes to NHI, that this is true of other powers. Given that we are hostile, it might well be that they have evolved alliances with powers like China and Russia.
So this is a very tangled web indeed. But the bottom line is this: whoever is responsible, if it is not just blind chance, we are being deprived of the services of scientists who are crucially important to our ability to create means of traverse that reflect the same abilities that we observe in NHI craft.
June 26, 2025, a few days after the disappearance of Jacinto Reza, Melissa Casias disappeared while walking down a road near her workplace at the Los Alamos National Laboratory Her car, purse, identification and work and personal phones were found at her home. Both phones had been wiped. The fact that she carried two phones means that he work was almost certainly sensitive. She was an administrator and thus in a position to know details about work being done at the lab and the scientists involved. This is disturbingly reminiscent of General McCaslan, whose phone and other electronics were also found at his home, and who was also in a position to identify scientists working in sensitive areas. So both method and motive appear to have been similar in these cases.
I would now like to turn to the issue of exactly what sort of research seems to be drawing this dangerous and unwanted interest.
It would appear that work on things to do with high energy plasmas, magnetism, highly durable materials and survival on long-range missions are collectively the areas that are causing this aggression. And if the two murders, both ending in the suicide of the perpetrators, are connected, then there is a deeply concerning asymmetric aspect to it as well.
When you add all of these up together, it’s not unreasonable to suggest that we are trying to understand how the non-human spacecraft work, and presumably to build our own versions, and somebody feels threatened by this and wants to disrupt this work. But what else might they want to disrupt? This is important to understand, and that is certainly possible.
Let’s go a little deeper.
First, if this has been done by NHI, then it represents a shocking escalation. I think that there is reason to believe that they do not want us to acquire their technology. If they did, why not simply explain it to us? But they have not been forthcoming. Therefore, they may have an interest in our not being able to achieve the same type of movement that they have mastered.
If they are responsible for what appears to be surgical damage to various relevant disciplines, then they are defending themselves from us. They have never initiated direct aggression toward us. That’s why we haven’t been invaded, but rather watched and controlled. If it’s them, then our hidden scientific community has gotten too close to solving the problem of reaching out to their home ground, and they are acting to prevent that.
Our visitors are here because they want something—and given their obvious interest in us, we’re involved. They are not spirits, angels or demons or anything from our various mythologies, although they have probably given rise to some of those mythologies. I know them as cautious, normally fairly passive and patient, but strikingly hostile if they feel threatened, often scared and often tired, and very, very determined.
In my experience, they are not themselves aggressive, but are quick to react to aggression at a granular level. However, they are slow to make decisions, and the bigger the decision, the slower the process. I think the reason for this is that they are fluently telepathic, and share experience, and therefore also have a collective decision-making process. I doubt that they can make large scale decisions without consensus. If this is true, then, while we do not individually offer them much competition, as a vast population of individuals, each on a unique creative track, we are going to be a secular threat of the first order.
When you strip away all of the camouflage—the angels, the demons, the djinn, the flittering fairies and the rest, all of what is probably intentionally generated confusion, what you find is someone who is small and afraid and old, but who also has vast experience and vast knowledge and therefore a clear understanding of where the threats to their existence lie, and sees our individuality and our proficient creativity as such a threat.
Once we see that vulnerability and integrate a creative and non-threatening response to it into our own policy toward them, I think the threat will end. They are here not only because they are trying to contain the threat, but also because they want something. We can find out what that is, and my guess is that by doing so we can transform our fraught relationship into something of mutual benefit.
Unfortunately, in hiding what is known for certain about them, the U.S. Government and all others that conceal such information, are actually working to continue the conflict. The Defense Department, while apparently believing that is resisting them, is actually serving their interest by keeping the broader community in ignorance and therefore helplessness.
From the beginning, they have had a free hand to do what they want with the public, and that is largely due to the fact that the government has been keeping their presence secret. So the secrecy helps both them and the government. The only player in this that it does not help is the people who are being placed in jeopardy without knowing it—that is to say, everybody except an insider elite.
Let’s always keep our eyes on the prize: what good can come out of contact for US, the human species, and for all the creatures of our planet?
Now let’s get back to these cases. Do they represent NHI intervention or not?
In the Reza case, I think that she either fell into a ravine and was not found, or she was abducted by non-human entities.
I just don’t see how anything else is possible, not even the possibility of her walking out of her life. If she had done that, she could not have left the area without going down the mountain and getting in her car, and there is no indication that she even went near it. There remains a faint possibility that her abductors were human, but this is highly unlikely as they would have had to carry her or force her to walk back to the trailhead, then put her into a car and driven off with her. The trail was not empty, and in any case her friends were just a few feet away. Surely she would have screamed or raised some sort of alarm, but just like Melissa Casias, she simply evaporated.
The media has been carefully taught not to believe that NHI is even here, let alone that it abducts people. Well, I’m sorry, this is wrong and is nothing to snicker about and the idea that NHI might have been responsible is not a “fringe theory.” In the Reza case, aside from a fall, it is the only theory that makes sense.
To find out why, let’s go a little deeper.
First, I have had experience with being abducted by NHI, so I know that it is perfectly possible. And what happened to me—and has happened to thousands of others—was no fantasy. I was raped and had to be treated for the injury, and continued to experience pain from it for years afterward, even as recently as the first decade of this century.
When you add to my experience the thousands of others that have been reported, many with better documented medical evidence of injury, the conclusion is inescapable: abductions happen.
But are there cases where people don’t come back?
It is difficult to measure the exact number of people who go missing in wilderness areas in the United States every year. As David Paulides has reported in his writings and interviews, the National Park Service is not particularly interested in calling attention to such cases when they occur in the nation’s parks. It leaves investigation up to local law enforcement.
The lack of reliable tracking of these cases has come to the attention of the U.S. Congress, and the name of one of the congressmen who has spearheaded the effort to improve the situation, in my opinion, speaks volumes.
In September 2022, Representatives Joe Neguse and Tim Burchett co-sponsored the TRACE Act, intended to improve information sharing for missing persons on federal lands by requiring the Department of Justice to add categories to the NamUs (National Missing and Unidentified Persons) database, specifically covering cases on federal land. Burchett and Neguse introduced the act into Congress in June 2023, but has not passed into law. Not long after, in August of 2023, Burchett launched the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Caucus and, with colleagues, sent a letter to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community asking for more information about the UAP situation. This followed whistleblower David Grusch’s congressional testimony, in which he claimed that the Pentagon was operating a secret UFO retrieval and reverse-engineering program.
Was his interest originally inspired by the fact that he found out about mysterious disappearances, perhaps being kept secret, in 2022?
It has been claimed at times—I think by rather romantic individuals—that the various UFO crashes are actually donations, and what they want is for us to back-engineer our way into their technologies. To me, that sort of romanticism is wishful thinking emerging from people who have never been face to face with our visitors.
So, we have Jacinto possibly a victim of an abduction by NHI, which would have been motivated by preventing her colleagues from leaning something she had discovered but not yet explained, and probably also to impede progress on work she was doing. In either case, as she was an expert on materials, I think it safe to consider that this work had something to do with her abduction. From 2023, as far as I can tell, there is no further description of her responsibilities or projects from any source. To me, this means that she was probably working in some way in the NHI technology space.
In General McCaslan’s case, if he was abducted, then it can be reasonably speculated that he was taken after information was extracted from Jacinto that in some way pointed to him. If, as I said previously on Dreamland, he was abducted to gain information about others working on some program that NHI is concerned about, then we may well see more mysterious abductions in related areas. I think the same would hold true for people whose activities Melissa Casias was aware of. And please put aside the idea that NHI is all-powerful and all-knowledgeable. This is not true. They can interrogate telepathically. They can control minds. But I believe them to be unable to sort out the vast tangle of human thought. They are probably evolved to experience single thoughts on a collective level. If so, how can they possibly hope to sort through what is essentially an infinity of thoughts all unfolding at the same time and largely at random? So they search for individuals who might give them a path to the individuals whose work they fear. Thus the abductions of Neill McCasaland and Melissa Casias, assuming that is what has happened to them.
I might add here that there have been six officers commanding AFRL (Air Force Research Lab) since Neill McCasland stepped down. If I am correct about what is happening, there is a chance that they could be at jeopardy, although I doubt it. NHI is too careful to make their involvement that obvious. They are most likely to have taken McCasland because he was the only one they needed.
There is also the possibility of a hostile state actor being involved. In the Reza case, this seems far fetched, as I have stated. But not necessarily in the others. During his active service as general commanding AFRL, McCasland would have had significant security support. Officers at his level, particularly those overseeing classified materials research and space vehicle programs, are known to be priority targets for foreign intelligence services — especially Russian and Chinese. This is not speculative; DoD counterintelligence briefings for personnel at his level explicitly address the likelihood that they are being studied, approached, and potentially surveilled by adversary intelligence. During his active duty career he would have received regular counterintelligence briefings, been subject to lifestyle polygraphs, and had restrictions on foreign contacts and travel.
AFOSI, the Air Force Office of Special Intelligence, is the primary body that provides protective services for senior Air Force personnel. For a two-star general commanding AFRL at Wright-Patterson — a facility deeply embedded in the most sensitive programs in U.S. aerospace and defense — AFOSI would have been actively involved in managing his security. But when he became Mr. McCasland, retired and now a private individual, he would have had no such protection in Albuquerque. So, it would have been easy enough to abduct him. However, like he left all of his trackable devices at home. In other words, he abandoned everything that might help rescuers find him. The conclusion: he did not want to be found or it is the policy of the actors involved to leave these things behind, as also happened in the case of Melissa Casias.
Right now, if you asked me to place a bet, I would give even odds that NHI was involved, not against a state actor, with a series of different ordinary explanations running a close second. Hostile state involvement would be third.
So the situation is still unresolved, and I have to say that I hope that our own security system is taking notice, and aware of the possibility that NHI is involved, and not discounting that because organizations like the FBI, which will be involved in these investigations, have not been read in due to secrecy constraints. We must not cripple ourselves in the interest of secrecy.
There is ample evidence that the United States and probably other countries are running programs at a level of secrecy even exceeding that of the Manhattan Project to solve the issue of NHI weapons, including psychotronic weapons, propulsion and so forth in order that we may gain effective agency and with it control over our own fate, which we do not have now.
A last word. I know something of how their internal conflicts work and also something of why they fear us and what they want from us, and how they intend to get it. I stand ready to provide what insight and advice that I can, in the interest of empowering our side of this relationship in such a way that we, also, gain from it.
This is quite possible. We just have to be accurate in the way we go about establishing boundaries that they find it useful to respect, and evolving meaningful policy. Therefore, it is time for the people hold the secrets to involve the political level directly. It is also time for them to stop trying to isolate me, which they are doing, and make use of the asset that I represent.
My worry here is that the keepers of the secrets may themselves be infiltrated by NHI, which may be causing them to make decisions, without realizing it, that are not actually in their own interests or that of humanity as a whole.
Let’s hope that in five years or ten years, humankind is still free, and that in fifty years, we are a respected and established part of the chorus of life that fills this universe.

If, as the late Jane Roberts’ ‘Seth’ is correct in his assertion that form/matter arises out of consciousness, not consciousness arising out of form/matter, then there is no reason that the human form could not have come into being on habitable planets other than earth.
If there is existence after death, then consciousness is not dependent on form/matter.

Twice in The Key, the Master of the Key directly cites a humanity “evolved off planet” as being the enforcers of secrecy and bearing the ability to control minds. One of those times he explicitly calls them “human beings”, not “NHI”.
I’m definitely not saying that “NHI” shouldn’t be off the table when it comes to mind control and secrecy, but it’s miraculous how this other group whom The Master of the Key explicitly twice states as the enforcers of secrecy and wielders of mind control on humanity at large, perpetually evade mere speculation, attention, & thoughtful discourse.

“Could aliens walk among us without our noticing?
By bending light, they can be invisible, and walk here to some extent, and also by using means to prevent you from looking at them by influencing your mind from a distance. They create tendencies. The desire is to preserve the maximum amount of freedom in the maximum number of individuals.
Have any people from earth ever gone to other worlds?
A whole world of human beings has been evolved artificially off the planet, and they come and go freely.
What are you talking about?
Human beings are being born and raised off the earth. You can find their habitations if you look. They live in this solar system.

What do they do here?

Besides from apparent explicit direct means of mind-control (which according to the Master of They Key you, Whitley, seem to bear the unique gift in being free from).. I speculate they likely are skilled at social engineering interest in NHI/UAP/Greys in ways to serve their own purposes and to steer discourse away from them. Part of that of course is engineering the opposite: social taboo. I think we can all safely say in terms of measuring a social radioactivity for things acceptable to talk about: UAP has become normal for most. NHI in recent years has become more acceptable, but definitely veers into a bridge too far for many. Now, talking about n advanced strain of humanity living off planet wielding mind control at a mass level is whole other level of “Danger! Danger” social radioactivity, that we may be judged as a nitwit weirdo forever for openly sugesting.
For who those humans are: I’m not sure. Men In Black talk doesn’t suffice; how hard is it to buy clothes at Target? I do not think this group is a 20th century breakaway civilization. We all know some mysterious group of humans bearing advanced tech implanted Whitley in 1989. Why would some group born from DoD contractors holding alien tech have any interest in 1989 in implanting Whitley with a device that helps him communicate with the world of the dead. Also, I think the MOTK use of the word “evolved” in describing them implies people that have been there a long time, or perhaps are born in part as project from NHI. But because he cites “human beings” and not NHI directed human beings as their soldiers as the lead enforcers of secrecy I’m left with thinking the humans off planet are perhaps a strain of humanity still around from eons ago on Earth.
Unknowncountry member, Michael, shared a mutual vivid dream one night with his wife that lasted several years in length. In it, they were living out a past life deep in history in at Atlantis. They were part of a small aristocratic group of humans that both had telepathy and the ability to control the minds of humanity at large. They were in charge of humanity. It may be more than coincidence that in the distance past evidently a small more advanced group of humanity mind controlled the broader humanity at large. I wonder if the thousands of humans living off planet is the same basic lineage from all the way back then up unto today.

This reminded me of two things from Whitley’s past. One is the inclusion of seemingly ordinary humans involved in some of his experiences. I think of the time when his implant was inserted into his ear. It wasn’t done by aliens but by people. Another time was when he was in France and a couple of men appeared at his hotel room who induced a period of missing time with him. There are many other instances of this kind of thing reported by Whitley, where human beings are actively engaged in some very extraordinary happenings.
My point is that I think whatever is going on, it appears that humans are somehow involved in the process, not just aliens. Now the big question I have is who are these people? Are they people living here on earth, in the present, or are they from somewhere else? My speculation leads me to think that there are parallel universes all around us that are inhabited by people who are very much like us but know a lot more about how reality is constituted, and they enter our world through some technology. They may come here for a whole host of reasons. Perhaps they are aligned with aliens to prevent us from gaining the secret to this technology, not just anti-gravity or propulsion systems. David Paulides has even said that he thinks the whole Missing 411 phenomenon has something to do with an interdimensional aspect.
Portals (however that’s defined) seem to be a documented thing in our national parks.
I’ll add the possibility that our defense and aerospace corporations could be involved with this as well. If they secretly have technologies that would allow them to do the unimaginable (we all know they do), then they could certainly be disappearing people in order to preserve their secrecy. Not just for legal reasons, but also corporate self-preservation.
Let’s face it, they don’t want anything exposing their black project realities, and I’m guessing abductions and murders that use those project’s technologies is certainly within the realm of possibility.
Hell, even batshit crazy RFK Jr., thinks Lockheed killed his father. Maybe he’s not so crazy after all.
