Trump interrupted your Wednesday night to tell you the illegal war he started is already won.
It isn't.
Missiles were literally still being launched as he spoke!
Trump started this war from a golf resort with no speech, plan, or approval from Congress. 33 days later, with Trump's approval in the toilet, allies calling him a joke, Iran laughing at him from behind a closed Strait – he's finally just now getting around to a primetime address to the American people.
But he didn't tell you the truth or explain what the hell is happening.
Trump went on TV tonight to spin. To perform. To look you dead in the eye on national television and tell you up is down, losing is winning, and the guy who blinked first is a military genius.
This is a con. Trump can dress it up however he wants – it's a guy who picked a fight, got in over his head, and then took a victory lap hoping you wouldn't notice.
