Greetings truth-seeker, New FOIA Document Reveals “Space Tiger Team” A newly released FOIA document, uncovered by John Greenwald of The Black Vault, offers an explosive look at how the government is approaching UFO/UAP activity in space. The document outlines the creation of a “Space Tiger Team” tasked with addressing the mitigation of UFO/UAP encounters. Notably, this initiative is directly tied to the Fiscal Year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, where UAP is formally defined. In other words, this effort is not abstract. It’s focused on the very phenomenon long described as “flying saucers.” |

Even more striking, the document assigns AARO a leading role in developing “deconfliction mechanisms for space-based UAP detections.” In military terms, deconfliction refers to protocols designed to prevent conflict, accidents, or escalation between forces. Deconfliction documents are not created in connection to theories and conjecture. They are operational documents that reflect real-world scenarios, which, in this case, equates to UFOs/UAP in space.
An especially worrisome line item within the document is the phrase “integrated mitigation”. Mitigation from a military standpoint is a “proactive, systematic measure taken to avoid, minimize, or compensate for the adverse effects of operations. This includes reducing environmental damage, protecting civilians, and limiting structural harm during training, exercises, or combat.” To put it plainly, the document outlines what the US Government needs to do in preparation for military action against an extraterrestrial adversary. Finally, the document underlines the absurdity of AARO’s published report that declares they have found “no empirical evidence of off-world technology or secret, unreported U.S. programs”. Why establish coordination and mitigation protocols for objects that don’t exist? NASA Preparing for Potential ET Discovery In a separate FOIA release, also obtained by The Black Vault, new documents indicate that NASA is preparing for the possibility of announcing discovery of extraterrestrial life. The materials reference agency-level planning and policy development related to the detection, analysis, and public communication of extraterrestrial intelligence, biological life, or non-terrestrial technological signals. To be clear, this planning appears focused on scientific discovery scenarios, such as confirmed biosignatures or signals from space. It does not directly address the disclosure of legacy UFO/UAP programs. Citizens for Disclosure at the Mayday Parade |
On May 3, Citizens for Disclosure Minnesota joined the Mayday Parade in Minneapolis, bringing the message of UAP transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement to thousands of attendees. The event helped introduce even more people to the growing national movement behind Citizens for Disclosure, which now includes more than 4,000 supporters and over 30 state leaders across the country. Special thanks to Minnesota State Lead Amber Yang for coordinating our participation and helping expand awareness of this important grassroots effort. Every conversation, every connection, and every new volunteer helps strengthen the movement for responsible disclosure.
Enjoy this uplifting video. Together, we create the future. Danny Sheehan President and Chief Counsel The New Paradigm Institute |
