Three 9/11 Heroes Expose Suspicious Gunmen at WTC Building 7
NYPD and FDNY Whistleblowers to speak at “Turning The Tide 9/11”
Sep 4
READ IN APP Three first responders who helped save lives on 9/11 — an NYPD officer, an FDNY firefighter, and a former Army medic — all encountered something disturbing at World Trade Center Building 7 on that fateful day:
Men in black tactical gear, carrying military-grade firearms, forced them away from the building.
For decades, the media isolated and ignored their experiences. But now,
all three of these first responders will be joining us at our 25th Anniversary 9/11 Truth conference, ‘Turning the Tide 2026’, in New York City, Sept. 10- 13
to tell their chilling and revealing stories. Don’t miss your chance to witness history being made — get your tickets now. This could lead to a breakthrough in determining who on the ground was involved in the 9/11 attacks in New York.
NYPD Sgt Rick Bylicki
On 9/11, NYPD Sergeant Rick Bylicki worked in WTC Building 7 at the Office of Emergency Management — the same agency that late 9/11 whistleblower Barry Jennings supported.
After leaving the building during the early phases of the attack on the Twin Towers, Bylicki returned to find that an unidentified man carrying a rifle and wearing a tactical vest was blocking his re-entry:
Even after Bylicki identified himself as NYPD, the mysterious gunman did not let him pass. “I had this little 5-shot pea shooter… am I really going to argue with a guy with a machine gun?” Bylicki said in a one-hour interview with AE911Truth in 2025. As a result, Bylicki was never able to access the building again before it was explosively destroyed.

First Responder Patrick Dillon
Former Army medic Patrick Dillon arrived at Ground Zero just after both Twin Towers had been demolished and immediately began looking for survivors in the rubble, hoping to find his old friend, FDNY Captain Patrick J. Brown.
After being directed to WTC Building 7 to take a break from the search effort, several FDNY battalion chiefs entered the building, backed by two men carrying machine guns and wearing black outfits and ski masks.
As Dillon explained further in our docuseries, 9/11: Crime Scene to Courtroom, “The battalion chiefs started yelling at us, ordering us to get out of this building… ‘They’re gonna pull the building. Everybody out now.’ ” Dillon followed the order and resumed the rescue effort. (We should note that the “pull the building” comment is similar to the “pull it” statement WTC leaseholder Larry Silverstein said in a PBS interview when discussing Building 7. It is a term used in the controlled demolition industry to explosively demolish a building.)

FDNY Captain Richard Patterson
Richard Patterson, a veteran FDNY firefighter, arrived at WTC Building 7 in the early afternoon of 9/11 and saw several fires burning in the building. As he and Chief Joseph Fox prepared to enter the building to examine the fires, two black-paramilitary-clad men carrying rifles stopped them and said: “This building has been secured.”
Even though blocking FDNY access to a fire is a crime, both firefighters decided to retreat, knowing they were not going to overpower these suspicious armed men.
That all three whistleblowers separately reported seeing heavily armed, paramilitary-style operatives is compelling. These unnamed gunmen had no civil authority to block Patterson’s firefighting efforts or Bylicki’s law enforcement activities, but they behaved as if they were above the law.
Could these “men in black” have been somehow affiliated with those who had a hand in the controlled demolition of Building 7? We want to know.

By bringing these brave 9/11 heroes together in New York City this September, we may get closer to the truth. Don’t miss this pivotal moment at Turning the Tide 9/11 as we work together to shine a light on the deadliest terror attack in US history.
Ticket holders will be able to see these whistleblowers live and in person, plus Roger Waters, Jimmy Dore, Bret Weinstein, Dennis Kucinich, and other 9/11 survivors, first responders, researchers, and family members at what may be one of the biggest 9/11 Truth events ever.
Single-day and multi-day tickets are still available, along with VIP tickets, which include front-row seats and access to the speakers at our exclusive first-class brunch.
In addition, consider the following: if we organically identified three 9/11 first responders who saw suspicious armed men at Building 7, how many other eyewitnesses might there be? Dozens of survivors who saw these mysterious characters or other suspicious activities may still be alive and willing to speak out. If you or someone you know was at ground zero on or after 9/11 and has important information to share, please reach out to us. Every report could make a difference.
