Mark, you need to see this:

CBS News: “Trump's oil and gas stock trades continued during Iran war, filings show”

Trump's brokers made over 1,000 stock transactions in June—including thousands of dollars invested in energy companies whose profits were rising from his war in Iran, according to a filing with the Office of Government Ethics.

Trump’s oil and gas stock trades were made as the Iran war continued, paused for a ceasefire and then restarted.

Meanwhile, Americans are paying more for gas and energy due to Trump’s ongoing war or choice in Iran.

Mark, this is another brazen example of the president profiting from the presidency and decisions his administration has made. We cannot let this corruption go unchecked.

Since returning to office, Donald Trump has profited massively. In fact, 2025—his first year back in office—was the most lucrative year of his entire life.

Trump is the wealthiest president in modern history and is much more active in the stock market than his recent predecessors.

And he’s trading more stocks during this term than he did during his first—by a lot. During the first year of his last term, Trump’s investment advisers reported 86 stock trades, compared to more than 21,000 trades last year.

Time and time again, he has shown that he’s willing to use his position to line his own pockets.

His recent oil and gas stock trades are just one glaring example.

While Trump's war of choice in Iran has cost the American people in the form of higher energy and gas prices and higher shipping costs, Trump has profited greatly.

The president’s brokers have been trading oil and gas stocks for him, making Trump significant profits on the global instability he's inciting.

While the White House said Trump is not involved in his trades, it doesn’t matter. The fact remains: the president has a duty to avoid conflicts of interest between his finances and what's best for the American people.

Trump’s profiteering makes one thing very clear: Trump is not a public servant working for the American people, but a salesman—working to enrich himself and his family.
