Grusch on Rogan Show -- UFO's

Greetings Mark M,
UAP whistleblower David Grusch recently returned to The Joe Rogan Experience for a two-and-a-half-hour conversation that I encourage you to watch in full, if you haven’t already seen it. After testifying before Congress in 2023, Grusch was hired by Rep. Eric Burlison as a professional staff member, and he has now wound down that role. In this interview he’s candid about the personal cost. He says he was retaliated against and investigated by multiple agencies, and he alleges criminal activity under the cover of national security programs, which he says he reported to the Department of Justice. These are Grusch's allegations, but they show why independent oversight and real whistleblower protections matter.
On disclosure, Grusch is surprisingly optimistic. He credits President Trump with courage for ordering the release of UAP records and believes the core acknowledgment must come before the President leaves office, though he says the White House is meeting resistance from entrenched elements. He also points to the 1952 Ruppelt recording that Rep. Burlison got declassified, which describes the same kinds of anomalies near nuclear sites that are reported today.

Grusch also repeats his most extraordinary claims, including that the U.S. has recovered craft and non-human biological remains, though he is upfront that much of this is secondhand. His proposed path forward is one we've long argued for: because trust in government is so low, video alone won't be enough. There must be an independent process that lets outsiders examine the physical evidence, which is exactly what the UAPDA's independent review board is designed to create.
If you'd like another perspective on where the administration stands, I also recommend this Politico Magazine piece. It looks at the White House's UAP Science Advisory Council, led by Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb, and at what the administration is doing in the wake of the PURSUE releases. It captures both the momentum and the frustration: one team member says that months into the effort they've “gotten nothing,” while the article's sources suggest the President may know more about the subject than people think.
Lastly, I discuss Grusch's interview in this week's episode of my podcast, Full Disclosure, including what to take at face value, what deserves caution, and what it means for the fight ahead. I encourage you to watch it.
Together, we create the future.
